Most challenges faced in adulthood stem largely from childhood experiences, it doesn’t take a genius to realize this. That is not to say your children will not face adversity – we all do! The difference is, you can equip your children with tools you didn’t have to overcome their challenges gracefully. My vision is to plant the seeds of wellness, resilience and personal excellence as early as possible in the hearts and mind of youngsters via books, talks, coaching and more.
